OOH LA LA is a full-service catering and event planning company. We love to offer a high-end, custom service, directly to each client, and have had the privilege of serving the tristate for 13 years, and counting. We've never worked with set menus and packages in order to be able to deliver a personalized experience each time.

Ninamarie Mendoza started OOH LA LA in 2008. Before starting her own company, and after graduating Pace University with a degree in Anthropology, Ninamarie began her journey in the kitchens of the French Culinary Institute in 2006. She continued on as a private chef in NYC for various families, and working in busy restaurants for the years to follow—including the acclaimed Michelin star restaurant, Aquavit, under chef Marcus Samuelsson.
Being that her mother is Greek, her father Armenian and her husband Cuban, she has extensive experience cooking all different types of food and flavors from different cultures. Along with her French training, and experiences working in high-end Swedish and Italian restaurants, she pulls inspiration and technique from it all. Her clients have always been a huge driving force for her collection of signature dishes – they kept her on her toes, with their own requests and ideas, and she loves it.
Ninamarie currently resides in Oradell, NJ with her husband, Danny and their two young sons, Henry and Beau. Her 5 year old claims "she is the best chef in the world!"
